A complete awarding body management system that complies with the UK and overseas regulatory requirements including QCF, NQF etc. The modular system has a desktop AO admin application, WebPortal (Centre access portal), Admin Portal and External Verification Portal. ePortfolio
Provides a complete solution for the delivery of vocational qualifications with the broadest available array of functionality. The modular system has Candidate, Assessor, Centre Admin, IQA, EQA, AO admin, Qualification and Employer Portals. ASL’s ePortfolio system can adapt to perfectly support your own unique process. Our ePortfolio system is also able to integrate with other software applications such as QLMS or your organisation’s own MIS system.

Vetskill saw the deployment of QLMS as an integral part of their OFQUAL recognition. Vetskill have now successfully gained OFQUAL approval. QLMS is now successfully deployed at Vetskill and as a result Vetskill are now implementing Aptech’s e-Portfolio system which fully integrates with QLMS. OTHM is a fastest-growing UK based Awarding Organisation. When OTHM approached ASL, they had a distributed Learner Management System spread across various platforms. OTHM did not have a centralised system to manage NQF and QCF qualification, and their centres. They were also lacking a web platform for centres to register candidates and claim certificates. Now, QLMS operates as the single, key system for all OTHM’s awarding body management work, including registration, certification and centre management. With QLMS in place, OTHM reported significantly improved efficiency thanks to its full automation.
